Rashida Parween, DO, is a board-certified family physician at Rahma Health in Sacramento, California. She is dedicated to providing primary care focusing on holistic health and prevention.

Dr. Parween completed her undergraduate studies with honors at the University of California, Davis. She then completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Touro University Nevada in Henderson.

Before joining the team at Rahma Health, Dr. Parween gained valuable medical experience as a clinic manager, volunteer clinical preceptor, and a doctor in a family medicine practice providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. She also tutored biochemistry to undergraduates at the University of California, Davis, and assisted students in mastering the concepts of anatomy and biochemistry at Touro University in Nevada.

To better communicate with the diverse community in Sacramento, Dr. Parween speaks Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
